What is Weekly Giving? Weekly Giving is a recurring card payment made through your credit or debit card. This is when you give your card details to a company and allow them to request recurring payments using them. When you sign up with SCIAF to take part in weekly giving, you will be filling up your WEE BOX in a convenient, virtual way. If you still receive your WEE BOX in the post, we would be grateful if you could pass this on to someone else, so they can get involved too.  
 
How will my weekly gift help SCIAF? Your weekly gifts of £3, or another amount however big or small, can change the lives of families in the poorest parts of the world. 
- £3 a week could help pay for a goat that provides a regular source of milk for a family, and manure so that they can grow more food 
- £5 a week could help establish farming groups so that families can work together, get higher prices for their produce, and earn more money 
- £8 a week could help pay for literacy training, teaching people how to read and write 
 
How do I sign up for weekly giving? Simply complete our short online form or call us on 0141 354 5555.  
 
Will my card details be kept safe? The security of your data is important to SCIAF. You can view our Privacy Notice for more information. We will not see the full credit or debit card information you enter, and any payment card details we receive through our website are processed securely by our payment provider according to the Payment Card Industry Security Standards.  
 
How much of the weekly donation will to SCIAF? You can find out more about fees and our use of Fundraise Up here. There is an option to cover transaction costs when you set up your weekly gift online. 

Can I set up a recurring card payment without an email address? If you phone us on 0141 354 5555 we will be able to help you.  
 
Can I keep regular donations to SCIAF going after Lent? We would be delighted if you would consider setting up a monthly donation to SCIAF. In order for your donation to have the biggest impact, it is more cost effective to set up a direct debit. You can set up a monthly direct debit on our website or over the phone on 0141 354 5555.
