WEE BOX, BIG CHANGE 2024 Parish Resources

This year’s WEE BOX appeal which focuses on how, with your help, we are supporting communities in Rwanda.  

Please use these materials in your parish throughout Lent. 

Within these downloads you will find: 

• Bulletin entries linked to the WEE BOX appeal for each week of Lent. 
• A selection of SCIAF bidding prayers.  
• SCIAF Stations of the Cross booklets and a PowerPoint written by Niamh Duffy and Matthew Donnelly of the Diocese of Paisley Young People’s Group. 
• SCIAF children’s liturgy. This year we were supported by the wonderful team at St Augustine’s Parish, Coatbridge in bringing you this children’s liturgy linked to SCIAF’s work, for use each Sunday in Lent. 
• Resources to create a WEE BOX Day of Prayer service on 8th March 2024. On this special day, Parishes and schools across Scotland will dedicate time to pray for the people of Rwanda and women and girls everywhere.  
• Videos to accompany our WEE BOX appeal in 2024, including prayer compilations and reflections, can be found on our YouTube channel.
