Laudato Si Schools Scotland

As a response to Pope Francis’ call to Ecological Action the Scottish Catholic Education Service (SCES), Justice and Peace Scotland and SCIAF created the Laudato Si Schools Scotland programme.

SCIAF has created a number of resources to help embed Ecological Education within our schools.

If you haven’t yet registered for the Laudato Si Schools Scotland (LSSS) programme please go to the SCES website.

These SCIAF resources can be used, in support of LSSS Part Two: Learn-Pray-Act, to find out ways in which the Church is active across the world in working with the poorest people and protecting the environment. The resources also explore what the Church teaches about the importance of caring for our earth and our responsibility for the poor.
